We regret that due to the personal nature of our Dresses, Tiaras, Hair Accessories or Jewellery we cannot refund, exchange or give credit on these items. This does not however affect your statuory rights.
For peace of mind to our customers all orders are personallly checked before being sent to make sure that all items are in perfect condition to avoid disappointment.
